## Returns

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

- Unused and in original condition

- Original packaging intact

- Proof of purchase provided

## Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged due to misuse

- Items damaged due to human error

## Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment account within 5-10 business days.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items and provide photos of the items and their packaging.

We will provide an exchange or a full refund depending on the specific circumstances.

## Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

## Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
